What you can achieve

• Analysis and processing of 2nd-level support requests
• Documentation of software errors and close collaboration with our agile development teams
• Development and maintenance of automated end-to-end tests
• Execution of manual regression tests for our eHealth solutions
• Conception and implementation of interface tests for our APIs
• Active participation in the further development of our test strategy and test processes
• Creation of meaningful test reports as a basis for decision-making for product management

What you bring

• Experience in customer contact and enjoyment of project-oriented work
• High initiative, willingness to learn, and quality awareness
• Sound knowledge in at least one test automation framework (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Understanding of modern software development processes and agile methods
• Experience with issue tracking tools like Jira
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market or eHealth environment is an advantage
• Very good German skills (native language) and good English skills
