We are an established headhunting company specializing in successfully placing highly qualified professionals. On behalf of our client, a leading retail company in its industry, we are looking for an ICT System Engineer / Citrix Specialist for their headquarters in Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Role

In this varied role, you will continuously plan, design, operate, and improve IT services on the extensive server platform based on Microsoft and Citrix (around 10,000 clients in Switzerland and 7 different countries). You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring system utilization and defining the resulting tuning and performance measures. Together with your team colleagues, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Citrix landscape and will develop guidelines and documentation (national and international). You will also lead sub-projects for the centralization of ICT services at the headquarters in Zurich. Requirements

To be successful in this demanding role, you should have completed training in IT and have relevant higher education in the IT field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a highly available system environment and possess sound technical knowledge in the field of Citrix (CVAD, XenApp, MCS, XenServer, Netscaler). Ideally, you also have a certification as CCP or CCE. Furthermore, you communicate confidently in German and well in English (spoken and written).
