With your experience, know-how, and passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks with us:

• Administrative and methodological support in the preparation and execution of projects
• Organization and minute-taking of project meetings, including structured tracking of actions (Action Tracking)
• Development and further development of Excel-based tool solutions to optimize project-related workflows
• Assistance in the creation and maintenance of project schedules with MS Project
• Carrying out coordination activities as an interface to relevant departments (e.g., purchasing, shipping, quality, export)
• Logistical support, especially in the organization and coordination of deliveries and the management of customer-provided materials
• Creation and preparation of internal and external project reports as well as KPI-based evaluations
• Conducting schedule analyses, progress assessments, and data analyses to ensure schedule and milestone transparency

What you should bring

• Completed university degree or completed vocational training with corresponding additional qualification or comparable qualification
• Sound experience in the application of Microsoft Excel (especially Power Query and Power Pivot experience is an advantage)
• Sound experience in the creation and maintenance of schedules with Microsoft Project (experience with Primavera is an advantage)
• Sound experience in working with SAP and with documentation and task management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability for structured data analysis and preparation of project information
• Extensive knowledge of project management processes and methods
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong reliability and sense of responsibility
• Dedicated, structured, and team-oriented way of thinking and working
• High level of commitment and flexibility
