The Role

We don't want a traditional designer who spends weeks on a single flow. We want an AI-augmented powerhouse.

As a Senior Product Designer at Impact3, you are the master of the visual and functional interface. You will take the blueprints from our Strategists and turn them into world-class, high-fidelity digital products.

Crucially, we are looking for someone who uses AI to create, not just to optimize. You shouldn't just use AI to "save time", you should use it to generate layouts, assets, and copy that push visual boundaries further than a human could alone. You will leverage these tools to automate the "boring stuff," allowing you to focus on elite UI, complex interactions, and rapid prototyping.

You will be the lead hand on Figma, setting the standard for what a modern Web3 product looks and feels like.

• High-Fidelity UI/UX: Own the end-to-end design of complex Web3 interfaces, from dashboards to mobile dApps.
• AI-Driven Creation: Integrate AI tools (like Midjourney, Relume, Framer AI, or Galileo) into your daily workflow to exponentially speed up ideation, asset generation, and prototyping. The tech stack is up to you, but using it is mandatory.
• Figma Mastery: Build and maintain advanced, scalable design systems using auto-layout, variables, and components. You are the person the team asks, "How did you do that?"
• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI and Figma to move from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes in record time.
• Collaboration: Partner with UX Strategists and Developers to ensure your designs are not only beautiful but technically feasible and strategically sound.
• Visual Storytelling: Elevate the brand identity of our clients through sophisticated use of typography, color, and motion.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient English Level: You must be able to communicate complex design decisions and lead creative reviews in fluent English.
• Senior Experience: 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows elite visual craft and "functional beauty."
• AI-Obsessed: You have a toolkit of AI resources that you use for copywriting, image generation, and UI layouts. You stay ahead of the curve on how AI is changing design. If you do not use AI in your creative process, this role is not for you.
• Figma Wizardry: You know Figma better than anyone. You use variables, advanced prototyping, and plugins to stay efficient.
• Web3 Fluency: You understand the aesthetic of the "decentralized web" and the unique UI challenges of wallet connections, transaction states, and data visualization.
• Speed & Quality: You have the ability to move fast without breaking the brand. You thrive in a high-growth, agency environment.
• Detail Obsessed: You catch the 1px misalignment that everyone else misses.
• (Nice to have) Crypto-Native: You understand the culture and can distinguish between a DeFi protocol and a Memecoin project instantly.
