Implementation Engineer — Financial Crime

About Vyntra

Vyntra builds fraud detection and risk intelligence platforms used by financial institutions across Europe and beyond. Our product uses behavioural analytics and machine learning to detect anomalies in real time. We are looking for people who can bring that technology to life inside complex banking environments.

This role sits between hands-on technical work and direct customer engagement. You will be deploying, configuring and troubleshooting our platform inside bank environments — working closely with clients to make sure implementations land well and stay healthy.

This is not a pure engineering role and it is not a consulting role. It is the combination of both: someone who is genuinely technical, comfortable working in Linux every day, and equally comfortable on a call with a client bank explaining what is happening and what comes next.

What you will be doing

• Leading end-to-end technical implementations of the NetGuardians platform at client sites
• Configuring integrations between our platform and customer banking systems
• Troubleshooting issues directly in customer environments, calmly and methodically
• Working with customers to understand their requirements and advising on best use of the platform
• Providing technical support across live deployments where needed
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts and R&D teams

What we are looking for

Strong Linux foundations are a requirement — daily operational comfort with terminals, logs, scripting and troubleshooting. Beyond that, we are looking for people who have worked in implementation, integration, platform support or technical consulting, and who are as comfortable talking to a customer as they are investigating a system issue.

You do not need to know every technology on our stack. You do need to be technically curious, quick to learn, and calm when things get complicated.

Useful technical background includes scripting (Python or Bash), SQL and database experience, and comfort working with APIs and integrations.

Experience in fintech, banking or regulated environments is a plus — but mindset and foundations matter more than specific tools. Fluent English is essential. Additional languages are always welcome.
