We’re working with an AI fintech company transforming how finance teams manage the contract-to-cash lifecycle. Backed by top-tier investors and fresh off a major Series B, the company has scaled rapidly (200+ customers, 5x ARR growth) and are building out their implementation team!

The Role

A hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

• Manage a team of 4-5
• Own end-to-end implementations
• Lead customer engagements, process mapping, and system configuration
• Deliver ERP integrations

What They’re Looking For

• Strong accounting knowledge of SaaS companies (ASC 606, rev rec, order-to-cash etc)
• Leading ETE ERP Implementation experience
• Capable of managing direct reports across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance reviews, and training
