Responsibilities

• Planning coordinating staffing monitoring controllingfacilitating and taking responsibility for the successful completion of a Duck Creek delivery in Progressive
• Proactively manage monitor and report the status of service management implementations software development projects to support ontime onbudget and highquality delivery
• Coordinate manage and assure the software quality project timeliness and budget of thirdparty software suppliers
• Documents the scope of the assigned project and facilitates development of a detailed project plan or iteration plan
• Perform change Risk and Issue management and manage communications with required stake holders
• Creates resource demand forecasts performs schedule variance analysis identifies issues and recommends alternate solutions
• Participate in resource performance management and assist in resource development
• Lead endtoend project management for validating DCOD cloudcolocation migration versus onprem data center environments

Requirements

• PMP
• CSM
• Insurance experience
• Nice to have Commercial Lines Experiance
• Communicate clearly and effectively with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders product owners developers QA and leadership
• Collaborate proactively to ensure shared understanding of goals requirements priorities and timelines
• Facilitate discussions workshops and meetings to encourage alignment transparency and informed decisionmaking
