Implementation Manager (m/f/d)

Mission

• You are the interface between the customer and the KNAPP project team on site
• You lead a team of up to 40 technicians in our customer projects
• You maintain a clear overview of deadlines, costs, and quality in your project
• You are responsible for tracking your team's progress and continuously reporting to your supervisor and project management
• You understand KNAPP's high quality standards and ensure they are upheld

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementing and/or commissioning automated systems
• Solid knowledge of project management and the tools used for it
• Basic leadership experience will help you succeed in this role
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
• See mistakes as opportunities to learn and are open to feedback
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Willing to travel internationally (~50 %)
