About the Role
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the comprehensive implementation process for new cases as well as re-enrollments, making a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for case implementations, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in a timely and accurate manner while liaising with external partners and internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions on our products and technology platforms for key stakeholders including agencies, brokers, and producers.
- Engage in important meetings such as VIP and Finalist Meetings.
- Showcase your in-depth knowledge of Trustmark's offerings, services, and technology platforms while understanding the relationships with other internal departments.
- Establish yourself as the primary contact for producers, clients, and enrollment partners, managing all case setup and enrollment activities effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry or in operations/account management.
- A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within your assigned territory.
- Strong project management skills are essential.
- Experience in presenting and training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with others and understand their needs.
- Capability to work independently, make sound decisions aligned with divisional objectives, and resolve conflicts with minimal oversight.
The compensation range for this role is $71,520.40 to $103,307.70 per year, based on our corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois. Final salary offers will consider factors such as qualifications, experience, and skill set, and this position may also be eligible for a bonus.
