About

The Implementation Support Consultant provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support across multiple client projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, sales, support, and delivery teams to ensure projects are tracked, updated, and delivered efficiently.

This position plays a key role in client onboarding, project documentation, system configuration requests, and maintaining accurate records across internal platforms.

Success in this role is defined by on-time project delivery, quality of implementation, client satisfaction, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis to arrange meetings and coordinate project activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to discuss and confirm potential conversion dates and training schedules.
  • Maintain regular contact with the sales team regarding upcoming and future projects.
  • Gather and manage client feedback from test conversions and post-project reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records within Monday.com, ensuring daily updates are completed.
  • Upload and link email correspondence to Monday.com at key project milestones to ensure full audit trails.
  • Create, update, and manage project processes and workflows within Monday.com.

Client Onboarding & CRM Management

  • Complete new client setup during onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded to CRM systems (including SRA confirmations and signed contracts).
  • Ensure client records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Request new system users through Support for PMS and Accounts platforms.
  • Coordinate configuration packs, accounts reports, bill templates, and document templates required for system conversions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure required system setups are completed on time.
  • Record daily time accurately against tasks and projects.
  • Raise weekly invoicing for client training sessions and associated activities, liaising with Accounts as required.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Forms for internal and client-facing processes.
  • Update and maintain documentation within Confluence, ensuring information is current and accessible.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and project administration workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with the team across all Dye & Durham products.
  • Provide general project and administrative support to managers and colleagues as required.
  • Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by management to support the team and wider business objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Forms).
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Previous experience working with Dye & Durham products. (Not essential)
  • Experience using Monday.com, Confluence, or Zendesk.
  • Experience working within a project coordination, administration, or support role.
  • Experience working within a legal firm.
