IMS Capacity/Optimization Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Knowledge on IMS architecture and applications
• Experience on workload characterization, queuing analysis and optimization, in order to provide a systematic way to select system design parameters.
• Analysis of performance metrics based on network parameters like number of servers, arrival rates of traffic into the network, and service rates etc…
• Analysis of IMS network throughput which is dependent on the capacity, capability and efficiency of the SIP server to a large extent
• Analyse the performance and reliability under varying network parameters of an end-to-end native SIP ecosystem through a hierarchical performance and reliability model
• Capacity planning and management for networks and services ,Requirements definition and analysis , Planning, design and implementation of complex data and voice networks
