About the role

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics
  • Experience working across multiple countries / markets
  • Strong understanding of customs, clearing and import processes
  • Experience with stock control and inventory management
  • ERP experience essential (SAP Business One strongly preferred)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel periodically to Mozambique

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement execution across Zimbabwe and Mozambique
  • Track inbound orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Manage and engage with local suppliers across both markets
  • Coordinate customs clearance and import processes
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management
  • Manage Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs)
  • Maintain accurate reporting and procurement records
  • Ensure alignment between procurement, logistics and operational needs
