Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and service‑driven In‑House Recruiter (IHT) to support a high‑volume client environment. This is a 100% on‑site role, five days per week, focused on delivering full‑cycle recruitment during a short‑term coverage period.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
  • Build and manage a diverse pipeline of qualified talent to meet ongoing and high‑volume staffing needs.
  • Partner closely with on‑site hiring managers to understand workforce demands, role requirements, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify hiring challenges and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Educate stakeholders on local labor market trends, workforce dynamics, and best hiring practices.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and visibility.
  • Represent the employer brand through community outreach, job fairs, and recruitment events.

Your Day‑to‑Day

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, outreach campaigns, and networking events.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, including interview prep, feedback, and onboarding support.
  • Conduct regular on‑site check‑ins to support hiring activity and employee engagement.
  • Support high‑volume recruiting efforts in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills

Nice to Have

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn)
  • Exposure to high‑volume or on‑site recruiting environments
