Interview Requirement

Summary

• Experience as a Business Analyst in finance or financial systems with a strong understanding of general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and grants.
• Experience working with custom‑built or configurable financial systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Visio).
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint).
• Experience in analyzing issues, problem‑solving, and communication skills required.
• Ability to translate complex financial rules based on the stories into technical requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, other financial applications).
• Knowledge of financial data modeling and database structures.
• Basic understanding of APIs, ETL tools, and integration between finance modules.
