StratBPO is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our growing call center team in Winchester, Kentucky. This role plays a critical part in supporting our operations by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding high‑quality Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate is organized, people‑focused, and passionate about building strong teams in a fast‑paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for Customer Service Representative positions
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct phone and in‑person interviews
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
• Extend job offers and manage pre‑employment requirements
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding and orientation
• Partner with operations leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage high‑volume hiring with attention to detail
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Professional, energetic, and team‑oriented mindset
