We’re looking for a seasoned Inbound Consultant who thrives on planning and delivering exceptional travel experiences across Southern Africa.

This role focuses on coordinating both pre-packaged and tailor-made group series itineraries for international markets. If you enjoy working with detail, deadlines, and dynamic travel programs this one is for you.

Responsibilities

Planning and coordinating FIT and group series itineraries
Managing bookings from start to finish
Working closely with international agents and suppliers
Handling costing, quoting, and reservations

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ inbound travel consulting experience
Strong Tourplan experience (non-negotiable)
Experience with Wetu (advantageous)
Strong organisational and communication skills
