The Home Doctor is a top 100 home improvement company in the U.S., serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets for over 13 years. We generate consistent demand across roofing, windows, and siding—and we are looking for someone to take full ownership of inbound performance.
This is not a “post and pray” marketing role.
This is a revenue seat.
What This Role Actually Owns
- Daily lead flow – Minimum 10+ qualified inbound leads per day
- Channel performance – Angi, Facebook, Google, radio, and all paid sources
- Budget allocation – Move money aggressively toward what works, cut what doesn’t
- Lead quality – Work with sales to ensure leads convert and stick
- Full funnel visibility – From inquiry → sale → cancellation
You are not judged on activity.
You are judged on results.
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a branding role
- Not a content/social media role
- Not a “set it and forget it” campaign role

What Success Looks Like
- Consistent 10–15+ issued leads per day
- Scalable, profitable channels (not guesswork)
- Clear data on what’s working and what isn’t
- Tight alignment with sales to improve close rates and reduce cancellations
- Fast decision-making and constant optimization

- Has hands-on experience running paid lead generation (Google, Meta, Angi, etc.)
- Understands ROI, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition at a deep level
