What You'll Do

  • Close inbound leads generated from SEO, YouTube, and paid channels.
  • Run consultative sales calls with local service business owners needing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, web design, or lead generation.
  • Manage a pipeline of 30-50+ active opportunities.
  • Hit a quota of 40 closed deals per month; top performers hit 60-75.
  • Work inside a CRM (Close) with call tracking, transcription, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and fulfillment teams for clean handoffs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record closing digital marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media, web design).
  • Experience in an inbound, inside sales environment with high call volume.
  • Comfortable selling to small business owners and framing ROI in terms they understand.
  • Minimum 2 years in a closing role (not SDR or appointment setting).
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling to home services, legal, medical, or trades verticals.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, or website design concepts beyond surface level.
  • Experience with Close CRM or similar sales platforms.
  • Background working at a digital marketing agency in a sales capacity.

Compensation

  • $30,000 base salary.
  • 35% commission on first-month client payment, uncapped.
  • Standard first-month fee is $800, commission $280 per close.
  • At quota (40/month): $30K base + $134K commission = $164K/year.
  • Top performers (65-100+/month): $30K base + $218-336K+ commission = $248-366K+/year.
