• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field

Tools & Technical Experience

• 6–10 years of incident response or SOC operations experience
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CrowdStrike Falcon (endpoint containment and forensics)
  • ServiceNow (incident lifecycle management)
  • SIEM platforms and alert investigation tools
• Strong experience in:
  • Incident containment and eradication
  • Post-incident reporting (PIRs)
  • Cross-functional coordination (SOC/NOC/IT Ops/ROC)
• Experience in FedRAMP or DoD environments preferred
