We're Hiring: Incoming Quality Engineer

We are looking for an Incoming Quality Engineer to join our team and take ownership of incoming quality control processes, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring, training, and daily management of the Internal Quality Control (IQC) team
• Manage incoming quality processes, including inspection planning and execution
• Ensure effective use of resources (people, equipment, materials, methods)
• Track, manage, and follow up on incoming quality issues and incidents
• Support continuous improvement and other quality-related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in Incoming Quality Control
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Hands-on experience with problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, FTA)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
