Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage daily outreach activity to maximize placement results
• Maintain professional follow-up and candidate tracking

Recruiter Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience recruiting commission-only sales professionals
• Recruiting, staffing, or direct sales background preferred
• Strong phone presence and screening skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable phone and internet access
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
