Position Summary

This role is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing sales environment who wants greater control over how they work and what they build.

You will be responsible for developing relationships, generating opportunities, and managing recruiting efforts within your market. Over time, this can evolve into leading a vertical within the business as you build traction and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts (as applicable)
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of activity
  • Collaborate on market strategy and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing sales role
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects, clients, and candidates
  • Sales-oriented mindset or interest in developing one
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based and tied directly to individual production and results. This role does not require a traditional 40-hour workweek. Success in this role is driven by consistency, activity, and the ability to develop relationships and generate results over time.
