Responsibilities

• Analyse, optimise, and implement production and operational processes
• Identify improvement areas and develop new processes where required
• Lead and support production teams to ensure consistency and quality standards

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven experience in process optimisation and implementation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities
• Experience in quality control and continuous improvement methodologies
