What are we looking for?

Minimum:

• 3+ years of experience in Production or Supply Chain roles
• Knowledge of internal manufacturing and major business processes, FMCG would be a benefit
• Experience leading change within manufacturing setting
• Understanding of improvement tools as SIXSIGMA, Kaizen, DMAIC
• Ability to work cross functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders
• Prior experience leading step-change initiatives and Best practice roll out
• Proven ability to convert complex data into actionable information for stakeholders
• Able to operate independently and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to develop direct reports and manage performance to deliver results

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Economics
• 5+ years of experience in Production or Supply Chain roles
• Experience leading TPM processes and/or supporting through loss analysis
• Experience using SAP for manufacturing cost analysis

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Optimize performance and drive value Sustainable cost savings
• Initiate and drive game-changing workstreams to optimize our cost-to-serve for our customers and support Mars to become a more efficient, agile and lean company
• Support development and lead the tracking of all site improvement goals through the master planning processes
• Development of our local supply strategies in close collaboration with a vast stakeholder network
• Ensures Root Cause Analysis and insight generation
• Drive business change - Business change management, Program development & design
• Lead the Focused Improvement Pillar for the site within the Mars Supply Excellence program
• Lead waste tracking and elimination efforts including leadership responsibility for the site waste team
