CME Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer with strong project implementation and continuous improvement experience within a fast-paced manufacturing / FMCG environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimising processes, driving efficiencies, and delivering measurable operational improvements.

Requirements

• BEng / BSc / BTech Industrial Engineering
• ±5 years’ experience in manufacturing / FMCG
• Strong project-based experience (non-negotiable)
• Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
