Your future mission
- Lead industrialization activities for New Product Introduction (NPI), Rapid prototyping to production ramp-up, Production transfers (internal & external)
- Define fit-for-purpose industrial processes, adapted to product maturity (proto pre-series serial production).
- Ensure design-to-manufacturing alignment (DFM / DFA/ DFT, Early involvement with design teams, Iterative feedback loops)
- Implement lean and agile industrialization approaches: Fast iterations and short validation loops + Progressive industrial maturity (instead of heavy upfront validation)
- Drive industrial and process qualification with a pragmatic mindset : Risk-based qualification strategy and focus on critical functions and failure modes
- Manage industrial deliverables with the right level of documentation (Work instructions, manufacturing flows, test procedures, Ensure traceability)
- Collaborate closely with R&D (co-development mindset), Quality (risk-based approach), Supply Chain & suppliers (co-engineering, fast feedback)
- Support supplier industrialization and scaling capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate industrial risks early, enabling fast and secure decision-making.
- Ensure readiness for production ramp-up: Robustness, Repeatability, Controlled costs and lead times
- Manage capex deployment for industrialization/transfer projects

- Candidat shall demonstrate strong leadership with suppliers, representing the company with credibility and driving both operational and strategic discussions.
- This position involves regular travel to suppliers and other company sites (Île-de-France, Guidel, and international locations), accounting for 25% to 50% of the working time, depending on the projects.
- Partner closely with Purchasing on supplier-related industrial decisions, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiation handover, and supplier industrialization activities, while coordinating downstream readiness with Supply Chain.
