Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate industrialization projects while respecting quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage investments related to the optimization of production processes and the supply chain.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of new facilities.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring the economic efficiency of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project stages.
• Supervise and motivate project teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

Requirements

• Holder of an engineering degree with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing industrialization and investment projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of engineering processes and industry standards.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding environment.
