About the role

About LOOP

LOOP is a digital‑first lead agency, exploring the intersections between design, technology and digital brand building for leading brands. With a team of 400 digital talents and through data‑driven marketing, we help brave clients to stand out in the digital age.

Role: Creator & Influencer Marketing Manager

You’ll take the lead on executing smart, impactful influencer campaigns while helping shape the strategy behind them. You know how to connect the dots between talent, trends, and brand goals — and you’re ready to build relationships that make a difference. You’ll work across teams and clients to bring culturally sharp, creatively aligned campaigns to life — managing the details without losing sight of the big picture.

Responsibilities

  • Own Mid‑Scale Campaigns: Lead day‑to‑day management of influencer campaigns from planning through reporting, ensuring smooth, on‑brand execution across platforms.
  • Develop Talent Relationships: Build and manage relationships with a wide network of creators, talent agents, and influencer partners, negotiating terms and managing communications.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior team members and clients to define objectives and co‑develop influencer strategies that deliver value and creativity.
  • Bridge Internal Teams: Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to align influencer content with overall campaign goals and timelines.
  • Manage Executional Details: Handle briefs, contracts, tracking calendars, content approvals, and performance reporting using tools like CIQ.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with platform updates, creator trends, and cultural shifts to suggest relevant talent and proactive campaign ideas.
  • Presentations & Reporting: Present updates, ideas, and reports clearly and confidently — both internally and to clients — with standout communication skills in English & German.

Work Environment & Benefits

  • Ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600 m² film‑ and photo studio.
  • 100 % Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space?
  • International and diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55 % female leadership quota.

Salary & Location

  • For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
  • Position available in Salzburg, Vienna or Berlin.
