Informatica MDM Developer - 100% onsite in MD from Day 1

Qualification

Education

• This position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline; or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field. (Note: A Master s degree is preferred.)

General Experience

• The proposed candidate must have at least eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance.
• Eight-plus (8+) years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions with Informatica MDM .
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and master data management concepts.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools, including data modeling, matching rules, survivorship rules, and hierarchies.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter), and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and scalability best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Specialized Experience

• The proposed candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.
• Key qualifications include strong project management skills, leadership abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to identify and resolve issues while adapting to changing circumstances.
• Significant experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders is essential
• Preferred qualifications include a technical background and experience in data and AI/ML projects.
