Your Tasks

• Design and implementation of prompt flows and AI agents for automated analysis, extraction, and summarization of damage information
• Embedding generative AI solutions into end-to-end damage processes, including process analysis, target process design, and handover to adjacent systems
• Identification and detailing of automation potential in the damage context - with a focus on real process flows and user-centric implementation
• Evaluation and further development of prompts, including regarding understandability, accuracy, and user feedback
• Building and maintaining prompt libraries as well as developing reuse and governance concepts
• Collaboration with IT to embed solutions into the existing process and technology landscape
• AI Ambassador and support for the introduction for our claims colleagues

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in process management and operational process design
• Practical experience in prompt engineering and working with generative AI (e.g., for document understanding, automation of decisions)
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI and Infrastructure; PowerAutomate, AI Builder desirable
• Familiar with the implementation of AI solutions along real business processes, ideally in the claims environment of an industrial insurer
• Structured way of thinking, high personal responsibility, strong analytical and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for new technologies, collaborative work, and continuous improvement
• Very good English and good German language skills (C1 level) in speaking and writing
