Responsibilities

IT Administration

• You support IT user support and manage our IT landscape.
• You act as a liaison to our external IT service provider.
• You participate in the planning, further development, and monitoring of the IT infrastructure, as well as in the inventory of our IT assets.
• You support the implementation and further development of ISMS topics.

Smart Metering

• You monitor our interfaces, processes, and systems and take care of fault processing and troubleshooting.
• You plan, coordinate, and conduct system tests and updates.
• You support the further development of our applications and test new functions in collaboration with customers and service providers.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field.
• You have experience in managing complex IT applications.
• Knowledge in system and process management, remote administration, metering data management, or working with web services is an advantage.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the areas of smart metering, metering technology, or the energy industry.
• You are eager to contribute and grow with us.
