Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Business Analyst based in Abuja. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that IT solutions align with organizational goals. The role also involves identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and create actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including stakeholder collaboration and alignment
• Experience with defining and documenting Business Requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Understanding of Business Processes, workflow optimization, and process redesign
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and their application in a business context
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a relevant professional certification is an advantage
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives is a plus
