Who You'll Work With
You’ll be part of a dedicated IT Support team that works closely with consultants, client-facing teams, and business leaders to ensure seamless, secure, and reliable technology experiences. You’ll collaborate daily with colleagues who value responsiveness, teamwork, and service excellence, and you’ll engage directly with users across the business.
What You'll Do
As an IT Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our people can work efficiently, securely, and without disruption. You’ll provide front-line technical support while also being a key contributor to a collaborative IT function that balances responsiveness with proactive, forward-thinking support.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries, delivering high-quality, customer-focused support.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, both remotely and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of technical issues, escalating appropriately when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, repairs, and support activity.
- Enforce IT standards, guidelines, and best practices across the business.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in line with security protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, replacements, and specialist support.
- Monitor backups and conduct regular testing to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Travel to client sites when required, using your own vehicle.
About You
The ideal candidate is a resourceful and adaptable IT professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving. Specifically, you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Information Technology and Computer Science or equivalent A+ and N+ certifications
- Between 0 - 2 year of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A logical, analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
- A strong interest in technology with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- A confident, customer-focused approach and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- The ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends when required.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites using your own vehicle.
