Position Summary
The IT Manager supervises a team of IT Support technicians serving retail and cultivation locations. You will be the primary contact for your region for all technical issues or projects, focusing on incident management and service request fulfillment.
Essential Duties
- Technical Escalation: Act as an escalation point to diagnose problems and resolve calls for hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, network hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Collaboration: Work with other regional managers and the VP of IT to ensure efficient operation of the desktop computing environment.
- Compliance Liaison: Ensure site locations are within compliance of state rules and laws while serving as the liaison between support teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensing: Must be able to obtain a state-required Facility Agent ID Card (Missouri)
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background check.
- Driver’s License: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for frequent travel. There is also a company car available to use.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a technical field preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Availability: Must participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Physical: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have the dexterity to operate power tools and computer components.
