Responsibilities

• Experience running complex programs with multiple workstreams
• Ability to prioritize work, remove blockers, manage risks, and track KPIs
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination
• Drive programs from concept → requirements → delivery
• Develop process flows, SOPs, and user documentation
• Partner with engineering and product on requirements and testing
• Lead change management, training, and rollout activities
• Communicate status transparently to executive stakeholders
• Support AI, workflow automation, and system modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of process mapping, root-cause analysis, and designing scalable workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements
• Experience supporting change management and training documentation

Requirements

• 3–10 years in program/project management, product ops, or systems delivery
• Experience in operations-heavy or tech-enabled environments
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver high-impact initiatives with minimal oversight
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and delivery management
• Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Located in Miami-Dade or surrounding area
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SoftPro, Apptio, Jira, Monday) preferred
• Experience with MVC architecture preferred
• Experience working with applications built in .NET, C#, Java, SQL (queries, schema understanding, integration considerations)
