Information Technology Project Coordinator

PrecisionERP/IT is hiring an IT Project Coordinator with 5+ years of experience in Digital transformation OR technology‑enabled projects and with Azure DevOps (ADO) experience for onsite CONTRACT with client in Toronto, ON

Duties

• Coordinate and schedule workshops, design sessions and client consultations
• Maintain organized and consistent Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, dashboards, boards across programs and workstreams.
• Support tracking and reporting of progress against transformation or upgrade milestones in Azure DevOps and / or other workplan tools.
• Produce standardized weekly and monthly reporting packages leveraging ADO data and metrics

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator in digital transformation, modernization, or technology‑enabled projects.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience coordinating engagement activities with internal teams, vendors, and external sector partners
• Experience supporting projects using Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
