Job Description
We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical Network Segmentation / Cybersecurity Infrastructure Program with a leading healthcare enterprise.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of a complex segmentation initiative involving multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards and Zero Trust principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end project plan across all segmentation phases (pre-enforcement, enforcement, validation, re-enforcement, transition)
- Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
- Information Security
- Network Engineering
- Telecom
- MSS teams
- Vendors
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies (RAID)
- Ensure compliance with security governance frameworks and standards
- Maintain project documentation including milestones, metrics, and decision logs
- Support transition to steady-state operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of IT Project Management experience OR
- Master’s Degree + 4 years of experience
- Experience managing medium to high complexity IT projects
- Strong knowledge of PMI process groups and methodologies
Nice to Have
- PMP Certification
- Experience in enterprise security or infrastructure programs
