Job Description

We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical Network Segmentation / Cybersecurity Infrastructure Program with a leading healthcare enterprise.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of a complex segmentation initiative involving multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards and Zero Trust principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end project plan across all segmentation phases (pre-enforcement, enforcement, validation, re-enforcement, transition)
  • Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
    • Information Security
    • Network Engineering
    • Telecom
    • MSS teams
    • Vendors
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
  • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies (RAID)
  • Ensure compliance with security governance frameworks and standards
  • Maintain project documentation including milestones, metrics, and decision logs
  • Support transition to steady-state operations

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of IT Project Management experience OR
  • Master’s Degree + 4 years of experience
  • Experience managing medium to high complexity IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of PMI process groups and methodologies

Nice to Have

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in enterprise security or infrastructure programs
