IT Project Manager (Digital / Consumer Applications Focus)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on digital platforms, consumer-facing applications, and operational improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who can own projects end-to-end, work closely with business and technology teams, and drive the successful delivery of web, mobile, or customer-facing solutions.

The ideal candidate is energetic, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where they can influence stakeholders and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, including web and mobile applications, system enhancements, and process improvements
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple initiatives
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of systems
• Support consumer-facing platforms by improving user experience, workflows, and overall performance
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
• Lead change management and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
• Track KPIs and continuously identify opportunities for operational and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Program Management
• Proven experience delivering consumer-facing applications (web, mobile, or digital platforms)
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to drive projects proactively with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• PMP certification preferred

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in home services or field services industry
• Exposure to SaaS or third-party software implementations
• Understanding of system integrations and operational workflows
