External Payment Services has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager to lead projects powering new consumer-facing payments products.

You’ll drive timely delivery with the highest standards of security, performance, availability, and reliability—and act as the bridge between External Payment Services and the internal teams that rely on our infrastructure.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs for new payments products
  • Define requirements, plan delivery, and manage cross-team execution
  • Provide escalation management, anticipate risks, and make smart trade-offs
  • Balance business needs vs. technical constraints to keep delivery moving
  • Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ship outcomes
  • Contribute to the design of websites and product features

What we’re looking for

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science (or related field) plus industry experience as a software developer or technical lead
  • Ideally a Project Manager Certificate
  • Proven delivery of software products from concept → business case → customer deployment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration track record
  • Comfortable driving the business side of projects to enable deployment of new products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong product + program management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML
  • Payments or mobile payments experience is a plus
