- Coordinate and manage IT projects from start to finish
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate with stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration
- Support billing system migration and customer portal projects
- Prepare project-related offers and pricing calculations
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management
Essential Skills
- Understanding of IT projects, systems, and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- German language proficiency (B2 minimum)
- Knowledge of project management tools and coordination
- Experience in IT project management is a plus
- Familiarity with utility or telecom software is an advantage
