Insight Global is looking for a Project Delivery Manager who will be responsible for driving multiple client IT projects as well as internal IT initiatives. Project types widely vary but generally include: infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, SharePoint, Wi‑Fi buildouts, site onboardings, Telecom/ISP upgrades, desktop replacements, line‑of‑business software deployments, mergers/acquisitions, BPO. The PM will directly interface with clients and the company’s virtual IT Directors and manage cross‑functional delivery and support teams at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Requirements (Must‑haves)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Experience managing 15+ projects simultaneously (not a single large project)
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 projects involving SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams (preferred)
• Experience managing cloud, infrastructure, and VoIP projects (preferred)

Responsibilities (Day‑to‑Day)

• Drive multiple client IT projects and internal IT initiatives from initiation through closure
• Coordinate with clients, virtual IT Directors, and cross‑functional delivery/support teams
• Oversee project types such as:
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Cloud migrations
  • SharePoint implementations
  • Wi‑Fi buildouts
  • Site onboardings
  • Telecom/ISP upgrades
  • Desktop replacements
  • Line‑of‑business software deployments
  • Mergers/acquisitions
  • Business process outsourcing (BPO)
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
