IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS WorkSpaces / WorkSpaces Applications implementation
• Align business, IT, security, and vendor stakeholders across global regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery ensuring timelines, budget, and compliance are met
• Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks

Technical Coordination (Hands-on PM)

• Act as liaison between business and technical teams (cloud, infrastructure, security, IAM)
• Coordinate across AWS WorkSpaces, Active Directory integration, networking (VPC, connectivity), and image lifecycle management
• Manage dependencies including endpoint security, CMDB, and monitoring readiness

Vendor & Risk Management

• Manage external vendors and ensure delivery aligns with scope, quality, and timelines
• Maintain risk and issue logs; proactively mitigate technical, organizational, and compliance risks
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions

Operational Readiness

• Support pilot, go-live, and transition to steady-state operations
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and training delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering cloud/infrastructure programs
• Proven experience with AWS environments, preferably AWS WorkSpaces or similar virtual desktop platforms
• Strong stakeholder management across global enterprise environments
• Experience working with IAM, security, and enterprise architecture teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with GPU-based workloads or engineering/CAD environments
• Exposure to regulated enterprise environments (security, audit, compliance)
• Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery models and cloud governance
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
