Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an IT PM who has experience managing multiple mid-to-high complexity IT projects, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Acts as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving projects from planning through execution and completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management (scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources)
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Maintain schedules, provide weekly updates, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Partner with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned
• Support business analysis functions (requirements gathering, testing, process/data documentation)
• Identify and resolve technical and business issues proactively
• Manage budgets, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
• Participate in vendor/software contract negotiations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Background in financial services environments
• Strong experience leading technical infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
