Are you a strategic IT Project Manager who thrives on leading complex software implementations? We’re seeking a platform-agnostic leader to drive enterprise initiatives from planning through go-live, with a strong emphasis on system integrations and stakeholder alignment.

While experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Salesforce is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for a strong project leader who can successfully manage implementations across a variety of platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation and integration projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate integrations between new platforms and existing systems such as CRM, ERP, financial, and operational tools.
  • Serve as the central point of communication across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and design workshops.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans with clearly defined milestones and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships, holding third parties accountable to deliverables and timelines.
  • Establish governance and change management processes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects focused on software implementations and system integrations.
  • Proven success integrating multiple business systems, including data mapping, API coordination, and end-to-end testing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on documentation.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycles, from requirements through configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
