Sr. Project Manager (API Platform Deployment)

About the Role

Exciting opportunity for a Sr. PM within a top notch enterprise environment!

You will manage the rollout and adoption of a centralized API platform across multiple business units & regions by coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, and deployment activities.

You will drive execution in collaboration with the Engineering team, utilizing epic burndown charts and commitment tracking to provide real-time visibility into quarterly goals and platform health.

You'll be responsible for leading weekly tribe reviews & leadership reporting to communicate progress, managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and proactively resolving blockers to ensure consistent delivery of API platform initiatives.

Contract Details

• 6-month contract (potential to extend)
• Hybrid in Alpharetta: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
• Pay range: $70-74/hr W2

REQUIRED:

• 4+ years of enterprise-level PM experience
• Experience successfully delivering cross-functional tech projects, ideally on a global level
• Strong experience with API platform rollouts/deployments
• Proven experience managing business cases & financial forecasting for technical platforms
• 2+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments
• Experience in PI Planning and Sprint execution
• Experience with Jira & Aha! (or similar)
• Excellent oral & written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED:

• Apigee API experience
• GCP (Google Cloud) experience
