Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Recruiter. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top IT talent to coordinating the hiring process. Daily tasks include identifying qualified technical candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The recruiter will also participate in technical recruiting strategies to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Experience in Hiring and collaborating with hiring managers
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and managing talent pipelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in IT or technical consulting industries is an advantage
