Role Description

This is a full-time Information Technology Recruiter position based on-site at our Bellevue, WA office. The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, identifying and connecting with top IT talent, coordinating and leading the hiring process, and ensuring effective onboarding. Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with hiring managers, understanding technical roles and requirements, and building a robust candidate pipeline to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to source and evaluate technical talent
• Proficiency in Hiring and candidate assessment to meet organizational needs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting for the technology or investment management industries is beneficial
