Job Summary
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT roles within our client's company. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent market research.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience overall (agency or corporate)
- Proven experience with full life-cycle recruiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Compensation
$25/hr to $33/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
