Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris for an Information Technology Recruiter. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent. The IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the best candidate experience. Engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle will be a key part of the role, with a focus on identifying highly qualified candidates for technical and IT-focused positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Proven expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and developing streamlined recruitment processes
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local, regional, or global talent markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
