Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irving, TX for an Information Technology Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will handle full life-cycle recruiting to identify and acquire top technical talent. Daily responsibilities include creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The role requires keeping up with industry trends to attract skilled professionals and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet organizational hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify top-tier technical talent
- Proven ability in Hiring and Recruiting within fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with candidates and teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of current IT job market trends and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
